Minspec ICS - Inclined Circular Motion Screens

The ICS is the Minspec range of INCLINED screens, features include ease of installation and maintenance.

General specification

Vibrating mechanisms
The screen is excited by a circular motion out of balance eccentric shaft assembly c/w torque tube, counterweights, bearing housings, C3 spherical roller bearings (grease lubricated), labyrinths seals and dive pulley.

The mechanism gives an adjustable stroke by rotating the counterweights. The screen can also be operated at various speeds for optimum screening efficiency.

Side plates
The side plates are grade 250 steel stress relieved and c/w stiffeners and spring brackets.

Deck frames
The deck frame cross members are made from hollow section, after fabrication and weld testing the deck frame is stress relieved.

Screen cloths
Will be to the customers requirements.

Feed box
The feed box will be lined with bolt on liners extended to overlap first panel to ensure no spillage down back of panels.

Discharge lip
The discharge lip will be lined with replacable liners Isolation.

Four point isolation is by means of plastic coated steel coil springs c/w base plates.
