Maxflow Multislope Screens

The MAXFLOW is the Minspec range of MULTISLOPE screens, features include ease of installation and maintenance. The MAXFLOW screen is based on conventional multislope design with varying angles chosen to suit each application.

General specification

Exciters
The screens are excited by twin Minspec ex gearless exciters whose features include fully enclosed weights on concentric shafts, spherical roller bearings housed in a high quality SG cast housing to give long and trouble free life. The exciters are fitted with oil seals and dynamic labyrinth caps to prevent dust penetration. The exciters are gearless so are easily maintained without the need for special jigs for setting the gear backlash etc. The exciter is also cost effective as it negates the need for oil lubrication, external guards and costly gears. All maintenance can be carried out from the top of the box with full access from the top cover.

With the in situ addition or subtraction of the counterweights in the exciter flywheels, higher or lower forces and throws can be obtained, depending on the duty required.

Side plates
The side plates are grade 250 steel stress relieved and c/w stiffeners and spring brackets.

Cross members
The cross members are made from hollow section, after fabrication and weld testing are stress relieved, machined and rubber or ceramic lined before fitment between the sideplates.

Screen cloths
Will be to the customers requirements.

Feed box
The feed box will be lined with bolt on liners extended to overlap first panel to ensure no spillage down back of panels.

Discharge lip
The discharge lip will be lined with replacable liners

Isolation
Four point isolation is by means of plastic coated steel coil springs c/w base plates.
