BRELKO Belt Scrapers

A complete range of primary and secondary scrapers, V and Angle ploughs. Scrapers feature the patented V base blade and torsion holder mounting. The system is designed to make maintenance and blade changing as simple and as quick as possible. The removal of the scraper from the structure is therefore not necessary.

  A primary scraper when wet and sticky materials are conveyed


• E151 Belt Scraper
  A primary scraper to ensure maximum removal of wet and fine carryback


• E205 Belt Scraper
  Universal choice for all normal cleaning applications.


• E255 Premium Belt Scraper
  Universal choice for all normal cleaning applications. Specially suited for larger high speed belts.


• E305 Belt Scraper
  Specifically designed to provide optimum coverage of belt surface and therefore maximum removal of fine and wet materials.


• E355 Premium Belt Scraper
  Specifically designed to provide optimum coverage of belt surface and therefore maximum removal of fine and wet materials.


• E405 V-Plough
  Designed to be easily installed on a trailing configuration on the inner surface of a conveyor belt return strand just before any nip position to remove and thus prevent any material which has spilled onto the inner surface from being carried into the nip.


• E501 Angle Plough
  Used as a substitute for the E401 V-Plough when the material scraped off the belt surface can only be discharged to one side of the belt.


• E601 Belt Scraper
  As a Primary Scraper, working in the head pulley zone, bot in contact with the belt.
